Overview

Sage Environmental is seeking an intermediate environmental consultant who is ready to build a long-term career in contaminated sites assessment and land remediation, with secondary support for construction environmental management. This position offers a balanced mix of technical work, field leadership, and client interaction, along with the flexibility and lifestyle benefits of working with a small, collaborative team. The role typically involves a mix of office and field work that varies with project load and season.

You will work on a variety of project types within the Southern Interior of BC including the Okanagan, Similkameen, Shuswap, Thompson, and West Kootenay regions. If you enjoy taking ownership of your work, contributing to practical solutions, and supporting resilient communities, this role will be a strong fit. Over time there is opportunity to take on increased project management responsibility, deepen technical contaminated sites expertise, and progress toward signing professional responsibilities as appropriate. This role is well suited to someone who wants meaningful responsibility, direct involvement in projects, and the opportunity to grow within a small consulting team.
